Adults (15 years and older): Take 3/4 to 1 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily after meals. However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount based on bowel movement frequency and condition. Children 11 to under 15 years old: Take 1/2 to 2/3 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily after meals.However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount based on bowel movement frequency and condition.
