Dosage and Administration- Adults (15 years and older): Take 3/4 to 1 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily after meals. However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement frequency and condition. Children 11 to under 15 years: Take 1/2 to 2/3 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily after meals.However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount based on bowel movement frequency and condition.
