Royal Jelly is also known as -queen bee milk- or -royal jelly.- It is a precious substance secreted in minute quantities by worker bees and is primarily fed to the queen bee.Queen bee larvae continuously fed royal jelly during their larval stage emerge as adults faster than worker bees and grow to about twice the size. Furthermore, while worker bees live only 1 to 2 months, queen bees live 4 to 5 years, continuously laying eggs far exceeding their own body weight during that time. The queen bee's strong reproductive capacity and vitality are believed to be due to the effects of royal jelly.

Adults (15 years and older): 1.0 to 1.5 g per dose, twice daily. Do not administer to children under 15 years of age. (1) Follow the prescribed dosage and administration. (2) The enclosed spoon measures approximately 1 g when leveled off and approximately 0.5 g when filled to the middle line. Use it with the handle attached as shown in the figure below.
