New Zikinin Granules is a cold medicine effective for symptoms such as cough, fever, and headache associated with colds. It works through the effects of the cough suppressant dihydrocodeine phosphate, the antipyretic analgesic acetaminophen, and the herbal ingredient licorice extract, which has cough-suppressing and expectorant effects. It is suitable for use by individuals aged 12 years and older.

Take the following dosage within 30 minutes after meals. 15 years and older: 1 packet per dose, 3 times daily. 12 years and older but under 15 years: 2/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Under 12 years: Do not administer. 1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories: (1) You have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to this medicine or any of its ingredients. (2) You have ever experienced asthma after taking this medicine or other cold medicines, fever reducers, or pain relievers. 2. While taking this medicine, do not use any of the following medicines:Other cold medicines, fever reducers/pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, oral medications containing antihistamines (nasal medications, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.) 3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine.(Drowsiness may occur.) 4. Breastfeeding individuals should not take this medication, or if taking it, should avoid breastfeeding. 5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication. 6. Do not use continuously for long periods.
