Fukuh- Dokus-gan is a gentle constipation treatment containing six types of herbal ingredients, all made from raw materials that meet the standards of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. Their combined effects work together to improve constipation and its associated symptoms. The small pill form makes it easy to swallow, and the dosage can be adjusted according to symptoms for everyone from children aged 3 years old to the elderly. Constipation Relief Advice 1. Always eat breakfast and go to the bathroom at the same time every day to establish a regular bowel movement habit.2. Upon waking, drink cold water or milk. Aim to consume fiber-rich foods like vegetables, fruits, konjac, agar, and seaweed, as well as foods high in lactic acid bacteria such as yogurt to improve intestinal function. 3. Engage in moderate exercise like abdominal exercises or walking. Help your intestines function by massaging your abdomen.

Take three times daily before meals. *Before meals means within 30 minutes before eating. However, start with the minimum dose for the first administration, then gradually increase or decrease the dose based on bowel movement frequency and condition.- Ages 15 and older: 15-30 pills per dose, 3 times daily - Ages 7 to under 15: 10-20 pills per dose, 3 times daily - Ages 3 to under 7: 5-10 pills per dose, 3 times daily - Under 3 years old:Do not administer.
