Chujo-yu is a herbal medicine formulation used as a women's medicine. It alleviates unpleasant symptoms such as headaches, stiff shoulders, abdominal pain, lower back pain, coldness, hot flashes, and dizziness associated with menstruation and menopausal disorders.

Adults (15 years and older): Use one packet per day, taken three times: morning, evening, and before bedtime. For the first and second doses, place one packet in a cup, add approximately 180mL of boiling water, shake well, and take before breakfast and dinner. For the third dose, add approximately 270mL of water to the remaining packet used in the morning and evening, boil down to approximately 180mL, and take before bedtime. Do not administer to children under 15 years of age.
