Taish- Kampo Constipation Medicine is a constipation remedy based on the Kampo formula -Daio-kanzo-to,- which improves constipation and related symptoms like skin problems. Taking it before bedtime helps achieve natural bowel movements the next morning. These small, easy-to-swallow tablets feature a break line. Lack of exercise is a major cause of constipation. Moderate exercise to strengthen abdominal muscles and abdominal massage are also important.

Take the following dose before bedtime with water or lukewarm water without chewing. However, start with the minimum dose for the first time, and adjust the dosage (up to the maximum dose below) by increasing or decreasing by half a tablet or one tablet at a time, depending on bowel movement frequency and condition. Adults (15 years and older) Single dose (when no bowel movement for 2-3 days): 1 tablet to 3 tablets (when no bowel movement for 4 days or more): 2 tablets to 4 tabletsFrequency: Once daily. Children (5 to 14 years old): Single dose (for 2 to 3 days without bowel movement): Half tablet to one and a half tablets; (for 4 or more days without bowel movement): One tablet to two tablets. Frequency: Once daily. Children under 5 years old: Do not administer. [Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration] (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) Women should reduce the dosage during menstruation. (4) Do not return tablets touched by wet hands, etc., to the bottle. (This may cause discoloration or other changes that could affect quality.)
