Take the following dosage by chewing or dissolving it in your mouth.- For motion sickness prevention, take 30 minutes before boarding a vehicle or ship. - Ages 11 and older: 2 tablets per dose, up to twice daily - Ages 5 to 10: 1 tablet per dose, up to twice daily - Under age 5: Do not administer. [Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration] (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) How to remove the tablets: Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take the tablet. (Swallowing the tablet whole may cause it to pierce the esophageal mucosa, leading to unexpected accidents.)
