Take the following dosage. For motion sickness prevention, take one bottle 30 minutes before boarding a vehicle or ship. If additional doses are needed, take one bottle at a time with at least a 4-hour interval between doses. Ages 3 to 10: One bottle (20mL) per dose, up to twice daily.
