Presamz Cool is a topical ointment with a cooling sensation that relieves itching and pain from hemorrhoids. It contains five active ingredients, including chlorpheniramine maleate and lidocaine hydrochloride. Its water-like gel spreads smoothly without stickiness and adheres firmly to the affected area.

Apply an appropriate amount to the anal area 1 to 3 times daily.
