For painful hemorrhoids with sudden bleeding, active ingredients like lidocaine to relieve pain, tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride to stop bleeding, and hydrocortisone acetate to reduce inflammation deliver excellent results. Provides a refreshing, soothing sensation. Turn the cap upside down and firmly press the protruding part against the tip of the tube. Avoid straining during bowel movements. After going, bathe or wash with lukewarm water to keep the area clean. Bathing improves blood circulation in the affected area, so soaking in a bath is recommended.Aim to avoid constipation and diarrhea. Especially during constipation, consume foods rich in dietary fiber (vegetables, beans, potatoes, seaweed, etc.) and increase fluid intake to regulate bowel movements. It is also important not to suppress the urge to defecate. Maintaining the same posture for extended periods, such as prolonged sitting, can cause blood congestion in the anal area, potentially worsening symptoms.
