Claritin EX is an allergy-specific nasal medication containing the prescription ingredient loratadine. It is less likely to cause drowsiness and is less likely to impair concentration, judgment, or work efficiency. Taking one tablet once daily provides long-lasting relief from runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing symptoms.

(1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) For seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms like hay fever, starting the medication early-either from the predicted pollen dispersal date or as soon as symptoms begin-is most effective. (3) How to remove the tablet: Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet to break the aluminum foil backing. Remove the tablet and take it. (Swallowing it whole may cause it to pierce the esophageal lining or lead to other unexpected accidents.)
Each tablet contains loratadine 10 mg. Excipients: lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate.
