-Supports natural bowel movements. Magnesium oxide draws water into stool, softening hard stools to a comfortable consistency for easier elimination.
-Lactic acid bacteria help regulate disrupted intestinal flora, improving constipation.

Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, up to 3 times daily.
