This non-pyrazolone cold medicine delivers excellent relief for troublesome cold symptoms like sore throat, fever, and runny nose. It works through the combined action of four active ingredients: salicylamide and acetaminophen for fever reduction and pain relief, promethazine methylene disalicylate as an antihistamine, and caffeine anhydrous to enhance pain-relieving effects.
