This vitamin supplement is ideal for replenishing Vitamin C. It is a chewable tablet that dissolves in the mouth or can be chewed and swallowed without water. It also contains natural-form Vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties, and Vitamin B2, which supports normal skin function.

Take the following amount 3 times daily, chewing or dissolving it in the mouth.Adults (15 years and older)---Single dose: 2 to 4 tablets Children aged 7 years and older but under 15 years---Single dose: 1 to 2 tablets Children aged 3 years and older but under 7 years---Single dose: 1 tablet Children under 3 years---Do not administer. Each yellow chewable tablet contains the following ingredients (12 tablets maximum daily dose for adults): Vitamin C as... 2000 mg (Ascorbic acid... 1950 mg,Calcium ascorbate... 60.5 mg Riboflavin butyrate ester (vitamin B2 derivative)... 12 mg d---Tocopherol acetate (natural vitamin E)... 30 mg [Additives] Contains hydrated silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose,povidone, powdered reduced maltose syrup, sucralose, sucrose fatty acid ester, flavoring, ethanol, ethyl vanillin, vanillin, propylene glycol. This occurs because the vitamin B2 contained in this product is absorbed and utilized, with some being excreted in the urine.
