-Shin'i Seihai-to- is a prescription recorded in the classical Chinese medicine text -Gekaseis-.- This product is a convenient tablet formulation of Shin'i Seihai-to, a Kampo preparation combining nine herbal ingredients: Magnolia officinalis, Cinnamomum cassia, Phellodendron amurense, Scutellaria baicalensis, Schisandra chinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, Cinnamomum cassia, Zingiber officinale, and Erythrina variegata.It is effective for nasal congestion with thick nasal discharge and a sensation of heat, chronic rhinitis, and sinusitis (sinus infection).

Take the following dosage twice daily, before meals or between meals, with water or hot water. - Ages 15 and older: 4 tablets per dose - Ages 7 to 14: 3 tablets per dose - Ages 5 to 6: 2 tablets per dose - Do not administer to children under 5 years of age.
Daily Dose [Per 8 Tablets] Xinyi Qingfei Tang Extract 2.4g (60% formulation) Xinyi 1.8g, Chimo 1.8g, Byakugo 1.8g, Ougon 1.8g, Saishin 0.9g, Bakumondo 3.6g, Sekkou 3.6g,Sh-ma 0.9g, Biway- 0.6g Additives: CMC-Ca, Magnesium stearate, Anhydrous silica, Corn starch, Hypromellose, Macrogol, Talc, Titanium dioxide, Polyvinyl alcohol-acrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer, Ferric oxide
1. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product if you fall under any of the following categories: (1) Those currently receiving medical treatment. (2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant. (3) Those with a weak constitution (those with diminished physical strength or frail health).(4) Individuals with weak digestion and a tendency to feel cold. 2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, discontinue use immediately as they may indicate side effects. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document: -Loss of appetite, stomach discomfort Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention:-Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or exerting yourself slightly. -Sudden onset or persistence of symptoms such as difficulty breathing, dry cough, or fever. -Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.-Long-term use may cause recurring abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, or abdominal bloating. 3. If symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of use, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document. 4. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before long-term continuous use.
