* Before use, firmly close the cap to open the bottle. * Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before handling lenses. - Remove the lenses and insert them into the holder.- Fill the lens case with -O2 Solution- to 9/10 full, then add 2 drops of -Super Pro Two-. - Close the cap, gently shake the lens case, and leave it undisturbed for at least 2 hours. -When Inserting-- While the lens remains in the holder, thoroughly rinse it with tap water before insertion. - Rub and rinse with this solution at least once a week before insertion.
