Before use, tightly close the cap to open the bottle. - Wash hands thoroughly with soap before handling lenses. -Cleaning and Storage-- Remove the lens and place it in the holder.- Fill the lens case with -O2 Solution- to 90% capacity and add 2 drops of -Super Pro Two-.- Close the cap, gently shake the lens case, and leave it for at least 2 hours.-For Insertion--While the lens remains in the holder, rinse thoroughly under running water before insertion. -Rinse with this solution at least once a week before insertion.
