Usage Instructions--Tightly close the cap before opening the bottle. -Wash hands thoroughly with soap before handling lenses. -For Cleaning & Storage-1. Remove the lens and place it in the holder. Fill the lens case with solution to 90% capacity and add 2 drops of Super Pro Two.2. Close the cap, gently shake the lens case, and leave it for at least 2 hours. -For Insertion-3. While the lens remains in the holder, rinse it thoroughly under running water before insertion. - At least once a week, before insertion, apply 5-6 drops of this solution to the lens. Gently rub both sides of the lens with the pads of your thumb, index finger, and middle finger (for about 15 seconds) to clean it thoroughly.* Clean the lens case thoroughly with tap water and allow it to air dry.
