Usage Instructions--For Hard Contact Lenses1. Hold the lens with your index finger, middle finger, and thumb, positioning the concave side toward your thumb.2. Apply an appropriate amount to the lens surface and gently rub both sides with your fingertips (for about 15 seconds).3. Rinse thoroughly under running water before insertion (or storage).- For Soft Contact Lenses: 1. Place the lens concave side down on your palm and apply an appropriate amount of solution. 2. Gently rub both sides of the lens with the pad of your index finger (about 15 seconds per side).3. Thoroughly rinse with a soft contact lens disinfectant solution or a soft contact lens rinsing/storage solution until the slippery feeling disappears before wearing (disinfecting/storing).
