Adjust the dosage based on bowel movement consistency, taking 1 to 2 packets per dose, 1 to 2 times per day. Always take with a full glass (approx. 180mL) of water or warm water without chewing.

Take the following single dose with a full glass of water or hot water on an empty stomach without chewing. Allow at least 4 hours between doses. - Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 to 2 packets per dose, up to twice daily. - Under 15 years: Do not administer. For first-time use, start with the minimum dose and gradually adjust the amount up or down based on bowel movement frequency and condition.
