- A plant-based laxative containing Plantago ovata seeds rich in plant fiber. It swells in the intestines to promote natural bowel movements.
- Lactomin (lactic acid bacteria) and saccharifying bacteria act as beneficial bacteria in the intestines, helping relieve constipation and associated symptoms.- It is a small-sized granule with a pleasant cocoa flavor for easy consumption. - Usage Advice: The effective dose of laxatives varies by individual.
