Take the following single dose with a full glass of water or hot water on an empty stomach without chewing. Allow at least 4 hours between doses. However, start with the minimum dose for the first dose, then gradually increase or decrease the dose based on bowel movement frequency and condition.- Adults (15 years and older)---Single dose: 4-8g; Limit to 2 doses per day. - Under 15 years old---Do not administer. -Important Notes on Dosage and Administration- (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. (2) Always take with a full glass (approximately 180mL) of water or hot water without chewing.
Per 8g: Plantago ovata seed...4.336g (Absorbs water in the intestines to increase volume and form stools of appropriate hardness.Also promotes intestinal peristalsis to induce natural bowel movements.) Senna fruit...0.992g (Enhances weakened intestinal movement to promote bowel movements.) Contains the following additives: sucrose, talc, gum arabic, liquid paraffin, paraffin, ferric oxide, flavoring (contains L-menthol).
Precautions: 1. Do not take the following medicines while taking this product: Other laxatives 2. Do not take this product if you are breastfeeding. If you must take this product, avoid breastfeeding. 3. Do not take large amounts.
