Picorlax... - Take before bedtime for results the next morning. - Acts only on the colon mucosa, so it does not interfere with nutrient absorption.- It comes in small, easy-to-swallow green tablets. Sodium picosulfate hydrate is a constipation treatment used in countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. - Advice for preventing constipation 1. Try to eat regularly. Eat plenty of fiber-rich vegetables (such as potatoes, burdock root, and celery), seaweed, agar, konjac, and fruit. Be sure to eat a proper breakfast.2. Develop regular bowel habits. Go to the toilet at a set time in the morning. 3. Get moderate exercise. Try to do exercises that use your whole body. Massaging your stomach is also effective. 4. Drink plenty of fluids. Drinking plenty of fluids makes it easier for the contents of the intestines to pass through the intestinal tract. Also, drinking a glass of cold water when you wake up in the morning makes it easier to feel the urge to defecate.

Take the following single dose before bedtime or on an empty stomach. However, start with the minimum dose for the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the dose while monitoring bowel movements and condition. - Adults (15 years and older) ... Single dose: 2 to 3 tablets, once daily - Under 15 years old ... Do not administer (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) How to remove tablets: Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets, as shown in the right illustration, to break the aluminum foil backing. Remove the tablet and take it. (Swallowing the tablet whole by mistake may cause unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
3 tablets contain: Sodium picosulfate hydrate...7.5mg (Activated in the colon, it enhances intestinal peristalsis and inhibits water absorption to relieve constipation.) Contains the following additives: Magnesium oxide, cellulose, CMC-Ca, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium saccharin, copper chlorophyllin sodium,magnesium stearate, hypromellose, and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol.
1. Do not take the following medicines while taking this product: Other laxatives 2. Do not take large amounts.
