Nashivin M Spray... works by causing oxymetazoline hydrochloride to constrict blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and inflammation to improve nasal breathing. This spray delivers a consistent amount of medication. Once sprayed, the liquid does not flow back into the container, ensuring hygiene.-Precautions for Use-(1) Always hold the container vertically when using it. Using it horizontally will prevent the solution from spraying as a mist. (2) Blow your nose before use to clear the nasal passages. (3) After use, wipe the nozzle with tissue paper or similar to keep it clean. (4) Avoid letting the tip of the container touch nasal discharge, as this may contaminate or cloud the solution.

Spray the following single dose into each nostril. Allow at least 10 to 12 hours between applications. Do not use continuously for more than one week. If you stop using it, wait at least two weeks before restarting. Discontinue use once symptoms improve. Adults (15 years and older): Spray 2 to 3 times into each nostril per use, 1 to 2 times per day. Under 15 years: Do not use.-Directions for Use-1. Gently blow your nose before use. (Do not blow too hard.)2. Remove the cap and hold the container as shown in the illustration. (When starting to use, press the nozzle several times until the liquid sprays.)3. Gently insert the tip of the nozzle into one nostril and spray the solution. Repeat the same procedure for the other nostril.4. To keep the container clean, wipe the part that touched your nose after use and replace the cap. (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. (2) This product has a long duration of action and is effective with 1 to 2 uses per day. Overuse may actually cause nasal congestion. (3) Use only as a nasal spray.
Per 100mL: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride...0.05g (A vasoconstrictor with excellent sustained action that improves congestion of the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal congestion.) Contains boric acid, borax, and benzalkonium chloride as excipients.
1. Do not use this medication if you fall under any of the following categories: (1) Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components. (2) Individuals currently taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or similar medications. -Medications with monoamine oxidase inhibitory effects, etc., include the following, all of which are used to treat Parkinson's disease. Zonisamide is also used to treat epilepsy.- Selegiline hydrochloride - Zonisamide - Entacapone (3) Children under 15 years of age. 2. Do not use continuously for more than one week (prolonged use may cause damage to the nasal mucosa). 3. Do not use continuously for long periods or in large quantities on mucous membranes, wounds, or inflamed areas.
