Dosage and Administration-12 years and older: Insert one suppository rectally per dose. If no effect is observed, insert one more suppository of the same dosage. Under 12 years: Do not use.-Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration-(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. (2) Forced insertion may damage the rectal mucosa. Press the container slightly to apply a small amount of solution to the tip for easier insertion.(3) After use, wait until the urge to defecate becomes strong. (Attempting to defecate immediately after use may result in only the medication being expelled, with no effect observed.) (4) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (5) Use only as an enema.
