Additionally, eating foods high in vitamin C (fruits, vegetables, etc.) alongside iron-rich foods further boosts iron absorption.

Take the following single dose after meals. - Adults (15 years and older) ... 2 to 3 tablets per dose, twice daily - 7 to 14 years old ... 1 tablet per dose, twice daily - Under 7 years old ... Do not administer. (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) Avoid drinking tea, coffee, etc., for 30 minutes before and after taking this medicine. (3) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
