Suru-Rack Magnesium is a non-irritating laxative containing magnesium oxide. It helps soften stool for smooth bowel movements without causing stomach pain or dependency. Recommended for those who often have hard stools, need to strain to pass stool, or are using a laxative for the first time.

Take the following single dose once daily before bedtime (or on an empty stomach) with water or lukewarm water. However, start with the minimum dose for the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the dose while monitoring bowel movement frequency and condition.[Age: Single Dose] Adults (15 years and older): 3-6 tablets 11-14 years: 2-4 tablets 7-10 years: 2-3 tablets 5-6 years: 1-2 tablets Under 5 years: Do not administer -Guideline for administration on an empty stomach: Take at least 2 hours after meals [Precautions Related to Dosage and Administration]Common Information for Resin Container and PTP Sheet Packaging (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) Place the tablet in your mouth and swallow it with a full glass (approximately 180 ml) of water or lukewarm water.For PTP Blister Pack Products How to Remove the Tablet Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP blister containing the tablet to break the aluminum foil backing. Remove the tablet and take it. (Swallowing it whole by mistake may cause unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
