1. Apply several drops of this solution to the soft contact lens and gently rub each side 20 to 30 times with your finger to clean it. 2. Thoroughly rinse both sides of the cleaned lens with this solution. 3. Fill the lens case with this solution, completely submerge the lens, and tightly close the case lid. Leave it for at least 4 hours. - Follow the steps below for proper care. Each time you wear the lenses, you must rub them and replace the solution with fresh solution. Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap before handling soft contact lenses.Step 1---Rubbing Cleanse Place the soft contact lens removed from your eye on your palm. Apply several drops of this solution to the lens surface and gently rub each side of the lens 20 to 30 times with your finger. Step 2---Rinsing Thoroughly rinse both sides of the rubbed contact lens with this solution.Step 3... Disinfection & Storage Fill the lens case with this solution, completely submerge the lens, and close the case lid securely. (Be careful not to pinch the lens.) Leave it for at least 4 hours to complete disinfection. - For the health of your lenses and eyes, we recommend rinsing with this solution before insertion. - To prevent contamination, be careful not to let the tip of the container touch the lens case, solution surface, contact lens, or fingertips.
