Prevention: Before traveling Relief: When experiencing motion sickness To prevent motion sickness: Get adequate sleep the night before traveling by car, plane, or ship.Avoid overdrinking and overeating to keep your stomach settled. Try to prevent constipation in daily life. Choose seats with minimal motion and adopt a comfortable posture. Motion sickness medication is most effective when taken in advance.

As this is a chewable tablet, take the specified dose for motion sickness prevention by chewing or dissolving in the mouth 30 minutes before travel, or when experiencing motion sickness.For additional doses, wait at least 4 hours between doses. 15 years and older: 2 tablets per dose, up to 2 doses per day 7 to 14 years: 1 tablet per dose, up to 2 doses per day Under 7 years: Do not administer (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) How to remove the chewable tablet: As shown in the illustration, firmly press the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the chewable tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take the tablet. (Swallowing the tablet whole by mistake can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
