For fatigue, pain, and swelling... Joint pain in knees and other areas... Prolonged standing work... Coldness and poor circulation... Promotes the excretion of excess fluids through its diuretic action, helping to reduce swelling and improve symptoms like joint swelling and pain in knees and other areas.Full-dose formulation refers to a prescription where the extract is obtained from the full (maximum) amount of crude drugs specified in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia for Boi-Ogi-To. As it absorbs moisture easily, be sure to seal the zipper tightly each time you take it.

Take the following amount 3 times daily before meals or between meals with water or hot water. -Between meals refers to 2-3 hours after eating. Adults (15 years and older) ... 4 tablets per dose Children aged 5 years and older but under 15 years ... 2 tablets per dose Children under 5 years ... Do not administer. (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) When administering to children, ensure they take it under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
12 tablets contain: Boi-Ogi-To Extract...3200mg (extracted from 5.0g of Boi, 5.0g of Ogi, 3.0g of Byakujutsu, 1.0g of Shokyo, 3.0g of Taiso, and 1.5g of Kanzo). Contains additives: Cross-linked CMC-Na,CMC-Ca, anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, talc, cellulose, hypromellose, macrogol, and carnauba wax. -Since this product uses extracts from natural substances (herbal medicines), the color of the tablets may vary slightly.
