Three types of lactic acid bacteria-Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium faecalis-reach the intestines alive and multiply to regulate irregular bowel movements, improving soft stools and constipation.

Take the following dosage three times daily after meals.
