Dosage and Administration-Dilute approximately 0.5 mL of the product in about 100 mL of water or lukewarm water. Gargle several times. Repeat several times a day.-Method of Use-- How to Dilute the Gargle Solution 1. Dispense one full press (approx. 0.5 mL) of the product into a cup. - Tilt the cup at a 45-degree angle so the bottom measurement mark is level. 2. Return the cup to a horizontal position and add water up to the 100 mark engraved on the top (approx. 100 mL water). Initially, press several times until the gargle solution flows out.

Sodium azulenesulfonate hydrate 0.4 g per 100 mL. Contains ethanol, l-menthol, parabens, pH adjusters, fragrance, and three other additives.
