Take the following single dose once daily with water or lukewarm water. - Adults (15 years and older): 3 tablets per dose - 11 to 14 years: 2 tablets per dose - Do not administer to children under 11 years old. [Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration] (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.(3) May be taken anytime, regardless of meals. (4) How to remove tablets: Press firmly with your fingertip on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take. (Swallowing the tablets whole may cause them to pierce the esophageal lining, leading to unexpected accidents.)
Adult Daily Dose (4 tablets) Vitamin C...180 mg Vitamin B2 butyrate ester...20 mg Vitamin B6...12 mg Nicotinamide (a type of vitamin)...40 mg Contains the following additives: glucose syrup, agar, sucrose, pectin, erythritol,tocopherol acetate, polysorbate 80, flavoring, and two other components. Taking this product may cause yellow urine. This is due to the excretion of some of the vitamin B2 in the formulation and is not a cause for concern.
