Take the following dosage.15 years and older: 1 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily. However, if taking twice daily, take after breakfast and dinner. If taking three times daily, take after each meal. 11 years and older but under 15 years: 2/3 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily. However, if taking twice daily, take after breakfast and dinner. If taking three times daily, take after each meal.Ages 7 to under 11: Take 1/2 packet per dose, 1 to 3 times daily. If taking twice daily, take after breakfast and dinner. If undergoing medical tests, inform your doctor that you are taking a preparation containing vitamin C.
