1. Establishing regular bowel habits is crucial. Aim to use the toilet at a set time each day for a consistent period. Also, when you feel the urge to go, don't hold it in-go to the toilet immediately.2. Aim to consume foods rich in fiber and plenty of fluids. (Examples: Vegetables, fruits, konjac, agar, seaweed, etc.)
3. Strive to incorporate moderate exercise and abdominal massage.
4. Drinking cold water or milk upon waking in the early morning can help stimulate the urge to defecate.

For ages 12 and older, administer one unit (30g) rectally per dose. If no effect is observed, administer an additional unit of the same amount. -Usage Instructions- 1. Hold the neck and gently remove the cap. 2. Remove the container cap, check the insertion tip for damage, insert into the anal area, and slowly inject the solution while gently squeezing the container.3. The longer insertion length (compared to our previous product) and the easy-to-squeeze accordion-style container make it easier to use, even for elderly individuals with limited strength. 4. After injecting the solution, wait 2 to 5 minutes until the urge to defecate is strong before attempting to pass stool. (If insertion is difficult, squeeze out a small amount of solution to moisten the tip area for easier insertion.) (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions.(2) After using this product, wait until the urge to defecate becomes strong. (Attempting to defecate immediately after use may result in only the solution being expelled, with no effect observed.) (3) Do not use on children under 12 years of age. (4) Use only for enemas. (5) Forcing insertion may damage the rectal mucosa; exercise caution.(6) In winter, place the container in warm water (40-C/104-F) to warm it to near body temperature for more comfortable use.
