Take between meals with water or warm water.Adults (16 years and older) ... 1 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children 7 to 15 years old ... 1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children under 7 years old ... Do not administer. - -Between meals- means the time between meals, specifically 2 to 3 hours after eating.
