Ingredients-Hibiscus tea, Oolong tea, Barley, Brown rice, Eucommia tea, Soybeans, Job's tears, Pu-erh tea, Persimmon leaves, Sweet potato vine, Indigestible dextrin, Licorice
Adjust the amount of water to your preference.- For brewing: Place 1 bag in 500-700cc of water or boiling water. Simmer thoroughly for at least 5-15 minutes until it lightly bubbles. Leave the bag in for a richer flavor, but remove it if it becomes too strong. - For iced tea: After brewing as above, cool the tea. Pour into an empty large PET bottle or water bottle.
