Hot brewing: Place one bag in your teapot and pour in the appropriate amount of boiling water. Discard the first infusion before the tea fully steeps, and start brewing from the second infusion. For a stronger brew, pour slowly into the teacup; for a lighter brew, pour quickly.Adjust the third and fourth infusions to your preference. For iced tea: Place one pre-rinsed tea bag into a kettle with approximately 600cc of boiling water. Turn off the heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes or until the desired color and aroma develop. Remove the tea bag, let cool slightly, then transfer to a water pot and refrigerate.For cold brew: Place one pack in a water pot, pour in about 400cc of water, store in the refrigerator, and after about 15-30 minutes, you will have cold brew Pu-erh tea.
