Ingredients-Soybeans, black soybeans (both non-GMO), black sesame seeds (lignan-rich black sesame), shell calcium, sprouted black rice, soy milk-Nutrition Facts-Per 100g Energy---425kcal Protein---33.8g Fat---21.5g Carbohydrates---15.4g Dietary Fiber---17.4g Sodium---21mg Calcium---2100mg Potassium---1800mg Iron---8.5g Vitamin E---3.5mg Sesamin---55mg Soy Isoflavones---250mg Soy S
Drinking Method- (As this is a food product, consume 1-2 times daily as part of your regular diet.) Add 2-3 lightly heaped teaspoons to approximately 100cc of milk or soy milk. Stir quickly and thoroughly with a spoon or stirrer before drinking. Adjust the concentration to your preference. Shaking in a shaker mixes it faster and enhances the flavor.If you don't have a shaker, use an empty, wide-mouth small plastic bottle. Avoid boiling water. - Mixing it with green juice, honey, yogurt, cereal, agar powder, or other favorites is also appealing. - As this is a food product, it can be enjoyed hot (approx. 30-C to 40-C), cold, or at any time.- Mix with butter to make kinako butter for bread.
