How to Drink-Adjust the amount of water to your preference. -Using a Kettle: Place one packet into approximately 400cc of boiling water. Simmer thoroughly over low heat for at least 5 minutes. Drink throughout the day, several times, as a substitute for regular tea. If the tea becomes too strong with the packet left in, remove the packet.- For refrigerated preparation: After brewing as above, cool the tea, transfer it to a PET bottle or water pot, store in the refrigerator, and drink. - For teapots: Drop one packet into your teapot, add hot water for the desired amount, and drink. For a stronger brew, pour slowly into your cup; for a lighter brew, pour quickly.
