How to Drink-Adjust the amount of water to your preference.As this is a food product, it can be consumed at any time. When brewing in a kettle: Place 1 bag into approximately 200-400cc of boiling water. Simmer on low heat for at least 5 minutes to fully brew, then drink. For PET bottles: After brewing as above, cool the brew, transfer to a PET bottle or water pot, refrigerate, and drink.For teapots: Drop one bag into your teapot, add the desired amount of hot water, and enjoy.
