Ingredients-Barley grass powder
100% Barley Grass Powder 170g- should be consumed at a rate of 1-2 packets per day as part of your regular diet. Place the contents of one packet (3g) into approximately 100cc of water or milk, and stir quickly and thoroughly with a spoon before drinking. - Adjust the amount to your preference. - As this is a fresh product, do not prepare it in advance.- Mixing with cold water or milk enhances the taste. - During summer, if using ice water or milk with ice, stir vigorously with a spoon for at least one minute before drinking. - Do not put the powder directly into your mouth, as it may cause choking. - While the daily recommended amount (1-2 packets) supplements green and yellow vegetable intake, it does not replace the full daily recommended intake.
