Features illustrations of Crayon Shin-chan, beloved by children, on the packaging and bottle.Features a strawberry flavor children love\/Equipped with a safety cap to prevent accidental ingestion\/Caffeine-free, codeine-free\/Ephedrine-free. Formulated as a comprehensive cold remedy containing fever-reducing/pain-relieving ingredients, bronchodilator ingredients, antiallergic ingredients, and cough suppressant/expectorant ingredients. Contains chlorpheniramine maleate as the antiallergic ingredient instead of the bitter diphenhydramine.

Take three times daily after meals and before bedtime if necessary. In some cases, you may take up to six times daily at approximately 4-hour intervals. Ages 3 to under 7: 10 mL per dose Ages 1 to under 3: 7.5 mL per dose Ages 6 months to under 1: 6 mL per dose Ages 3 months to under 6 months: 5 mL per dose Do not administer to infants under 3 months of age.
Acetaminophen 300mg, d-Chlorpheniramine maleate 1.1mg, Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate 16mg, Guaifenesin 80mg, Platycodon grandiflorum extract 0.6mL (equivalent to 600mg crude drug) Contains the following additives: sucrose, fructose,citric acid hydrate, sodium citrate hydrate, butylparaben, sodium benzoate, ethyl alcohol, propylene glycol, caramel, and flavoring.
Precautions: 1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories: (1) You have ever experienced allergic symptoms caused by this medicine or any of its ingredients. (2) You have ever experienced asthma after taking this medicine or other cold medicines, fever reducers, or pain relievers.2. While taking this medicine, do not use any of the following medicines: Other cold medicines, fever reducers/pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicine, allergy medicine, etc.).3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine (drowsiness may occur). 4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine. 5. Do not use this medicine for prolonged periods.
