Kids Bufferin Nasal Syrup S is an oral nasal medication syrup for children aged 3 months to under 11 years. Two active ingredients (chlorpheniramine maleate and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride) combined with natural herbal extract (Cynanchum atratum extract) relieve symptoms of acute rhinitis and allergic rhinitis caused by pollen and other allergens.This caffeine-free formula won't disturb your child's precious sleep. It does not contain codeine (a narcotic ingredient). It is also effective for allergic rhinitis. The strawberry-flavored syrup is easy for young children to take. It features a safety cap to prevent accidental ingestion by children. Note that other Bufferin products contain different active ingredients. The active ingredient in this product is not acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).When consulting a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, please specify that you are inquiring about a non-aspirin formulation. Pouring Instructions: Place the bottle opening directly against the rim of the measuring cup when pouring. Pouring while holding the bottle away may cause syrup to drip around the bottle opening. If this syrup hardens, the cap may become difficult to open. Safety Cap Usage - Measuring Cup: Remove the measuring cup before use.-How to Open the Safety Cap
1. Press down firmly on the cap.
2. Turn it in the direction of the arrow to open.
*Placing it on a table and pressing down from above makes it easier to apply force.

Wipe the area around the bottle opening thoroughly, then close it securely as you would a regular cap.

Take the following single dose three times daily after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime. Single dose: 3mL Under 3 months old... Do not administer.(1) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
