Daily Dose-Take twice daily, morning and evening, before meals or between meals. Take as is with water or hot water. Alternatively, dissolve in hot water, stir well, and drink warm.-Age: Single Dose-Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet. Under 15 years: Do not administer. Between meals refers to the period between meals, approximately 2 to 3 hours after the previous meal. -Precautions Regarding Dosage and Administration-(1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) When dissolving in hot water, insufficient stirring may result in undissolved residue; consume the entire mixture without leaving any residue.

Do not take this medicine if you have phenylketonuria. (This medicine contains aspartame (an L-phenylalanine compound).)
