This antidiarrheal medication, primarily composed of berberine chloride, is effective for diarrhea, food poisoning, waterborne illness, and loose stools.

(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.(2) How to remove the tablet: As shown in the right illustration, firmly press the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take the tablet. (Swallowing it whole by mistake may lead to unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
Adult daily dose of 12 tablets (240 mg per tablet) contains 300 mg of berberine chloride hydrate (Ph. Jap.). Contains lactose, corn starch, gelatin, talc, crystalline cellulose,and magnesium stearate.
