- Nothing is as painful as -pain.- Pain comes in many forms: inflammation affecting nerves throughout the body, sudden pain from stimuli like bruises or swelling, or localized pain felt after intense exercise.- Recently, for pain that becomes fixed or chronic, like stiff shoulders or lower back pain, methods using thermal stimulation to warm the area and relieve stiffness or pain have gained attention. - Tenonko K is a small adhesive patch containing ingredients like nonyl vanillylamide for a warming sensation and tocopherol acetate ester to improve blood circulation. It is effective for stiff shoulders, lower back pain, joint pain, and similar conditions.To prevent the warning label from peeling off, gently smooth it down with the pad of your thumb. Application Tips
- Refer to the diagram below to determine the application site. Thoroughly wipe the affected area with a dry towel before applying.
- Apply the patch primarily over the painful area or pressure points that are particularly tender when pressed.
- If little effect is seen, apply another patch to the same area on the opposite side of the pressure point.

Apply once or twice daily by peeling off the liner and placing it on the affected area. (1) Strictly adhere to the usage and dosage. (2) When used by children, ensure it is under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) Do not warm the applied area with a kotatsu, electric blanket, etc.(4) If the area is sweaty or wet, wipe it dry thoroughly before use. (5) Applying this patch before sweating may cause strong irritation. Do not use before activities or sports likely to cause sweating. (6) Individuals with sensitive skin should test a small piece (approx. 1-2 cm square) on a sensitive area inside the arm for at least half a day before use to check for rash or irritation.
