Take the following dosage 3 times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water. - Adults (15 years and older)---Single dose: 4 tablets, 3 times daily - Children 7 years and older but under 15 years---Single dose: 3 tablets, 3 times daily - Children 5 years and older but under 7 years---Single dose: 2 tablets, 3 times daily - Children under 5 years---Do not administer. When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
The daily adult dosage of 12 tablets (319mg per tablet) contains the following ingredients.Gyokushin-kigan Extract (-Symptom-Specific Treatment-, 1/2 dose)---2400mg (extracted from 2.5g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 1.5g each of Cornus officinalis, Phellodendron amurense, Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala, Paeonia lactiflora, Cinnamomum cassia, and Ziziphus jujuba, 0.5g of Cinnamomum cassia, and 0.25g of Phellodendron amurense powder). Contains additives: Silicon dioxide, cellulose,CMC-Ca, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, titanium dioxide, caramel, and carnauba wax.
