-Otsuji-yu- is a traditional Japanese herbal formula created during the Edo period by the renowned physician Hara Nanyo as a specialized treatment for hemorrhoids. Its formulation was later refined and remains widely used today. It is effective for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and constipation. It gently promotes bowel movements to regulate bowel function.It is effective for hemorrhoids, fissures, and mild rectal prolapse in individuals with moderate to high physical strength who experience hard stools and a tendency toward constipation. Health Advice: Regulate Your Bowel Movements Regulating bowel movements is crucial for preventing hemorrhoids. Avoid unbalanced diets and consciously consume vegetables, root vegetables, beans, and seaweed rich in dietary fiber. Keep Warm and Clean Bathe daily to keep the anal area clean.Bathing not only cleanses but also warms the buttocks and improves blood circulation. Develop a regular bowel habit. Take the following dosage three times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water. Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet per dose, 3 times daily Children 7 to under 15 years: 2/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily Children 4 to under 7 years: 1/4 packet per dose, 3 times daily Children under 4 years: 1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily1/2 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children under 4 years old and 2 years old and older: 1/3 packet per dose, 3 times daily. Children under 2 years old: 1/4 packet per dose, 3 times daily. (1) When administering to children, ensure it is taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.(2) For infants under 1 year old, prioritize seeking medical care from a doctor and administer only when absolutely necessary.
Adult daily dosage: 3 packets (1 packet = 1.2g) contains the following ingredients. Otsujito Extract (1/2 dose)---2100mg [Angelica root 3.0g, Bupleurum root 2.5g, Scutellaria root 1.5g, Licorice root 1.0g, Zingiber officinale rhizome 0.75g,extracted from 0.5g of Rheum palmatum). Contains the following additives: hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol. Since this product uses extracts from natural substances (crude drugs), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
1. Do not administer to infants under 3 months of age. 2. Do not take the following medications while taking this product: Other laxatives. 3. Breastfeeding individuals should either avoid taking this product or refrain from breastfeeding while taking it.
